On the tails of my last post, I thought I’d finally post this long-overdue picture from one of my favourite nights out with my baseball team. Friday, August 20th at 6pm we descended upon the parking lot of Nat Bailey Stadium, tailgating beers in hand. Once inside we hooted and hollered, cheered and $7 beer’d. Now that this season has come to an end it’s time to find a new and underrated Vancouver sports team to support—Hellooooo BC Lions. We’ll be seein’ ya!

This past Spring my softball team, formerly known as Team Participation, decided it wanted to try something new on for size; The Magic Mittens were born and we haven’t looked back. I, being the only Graphic Designer on the team, was the obvious choice to put together the logo redesign. With lots of my teammates ideas and suggestions in my pocket I sat down and created this lighthearted (and SUPER macho*) uniform. *The embroidered ‘MM’ logo on the childrens mittens.
